MYUAE-PRO AGM, held recently on 1^st May 2009 has resulted a new executive committee elected for 2009-10 session. In it’s first Executive Committee meeting held on 7^th May 2009, resolution was agreed to proceed with the formal registration of MY-UAE with legal authority in UAE.

As you are the mailing recipient and the holder of UAE resident visa, you are qualified to be the member of Malaysian Association in UAE or formally known as MYUAE-pro, an association to be formally registered with UAE authority.

As such, this email serves as notice for the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held as per the detail below:

Date : 29^th May 2009 (Friday)

Time : 4:00pm to 6:30pm

Venue : Foyer @ Martrade Centre

Agenda:

1. To approve the association name, Malaysian Association in United Arab Emirates (MY-UAE).
2. To discuss and approve MY-UAE Constitution for submission to UAE authority.
